The story, being a philosophical theme, also beautifully covers the various individuals linked with Roark. The novel sold more than 5 million copies worldwide and was translated in several different languages due to its thought provoking theme. The novel had a news publication as well in 1945 that ran in 35 newspapers. A movie was released on the book in 1949 by Warner brothers. The novel has an adaptation which would be released in India in 2010. It also became a popular book for academic students. |
