| 10/10 | This is my all time favorite book. It has everything: mystery, romance, war, violence, intrigue. You'll fall in love with Claire and Jamie, and Jamie has become my all time favorite character. Mrs. Gabaldon is a wonderful writer. She puts words together so beautifully. The dialogue between the characters is also so amazing. This book is the first in a series. The entire series is wonderful, but this one being the first, is especially outstanding. It's a GREAT book, might start off a little slow, but stay with it! You'll be so glad you did!!! | |||||

| 10/10 | This is a wonderful historical romance! This is a real page turner, very hard to put down. The time travel is very well done and the story is exciting. I have read lots of books in all genre (many on this list) and this is one of the best! I may even read it again sometime and I don't usually reread books, as there are so many wonderful books to read. | |||||
